This welcoming B & W handout is an accessible easy way to bring yoga into the beginning and end of your day.  It was designed for a clinical inpatient setting, but anyone can benefit from it's simple poses.  

It is a 2-page PDF document.  There are seven poses on the Morning side designed to help gain alertness and energy to start the day.  The Evening side has five poses that help the body relax and prepare for a healthy night of sleep.   All poses can be done either seated in a chair or sitting on your bed. 

It was created in a way that invites someone to color the document and make it their own.
